All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in our ARTitude’s Return Policy. A return may be rejected if such instructions are
not strictly adhered to or followed to our satisfaction. We will only consider refund of returns if they are defective or damaged.
Our Return Policy lasts 7 days after delivery, please contact us at support@ARTitude.com within the stipulated period. If 7 days have gone by since
you receive your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all accompanying certificates received with the order.
To complete your return claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before getting in touch with us at
support@ARTitude.com. If your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on where you should send your item to.
You could be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Where appropriate, you are advised to engage the
same logistic company that was used to deliver your purchase and you are responsible to purchase shipping insurance for the return shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
In cases where you are required to ship back the product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned
item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For a valid return, we may as applicable and at our discretion, offer refund (in full or partial), repair, replacement or price reduction as remedies. Upon
accepting a remedy from ARTitude, you shall have no further claim against ARTitude as regard to the non-conforming product. ARTitude reserves the
right to reject any requests for refunds, returns or replacements at our sole discretion, including without limitation, where we deem that any transaction
is fraudulent or suspect that it is fraudulent.
All refunds will be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, provided that the payment was
successfully completed. We offer no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds reaching your account. The processing of payment may
take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline. ARTitude reserves the right to modify the
mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund a month after it has been approved by us, please contact your bank or credit card company first, as they may take more processing time than required before officially posting the refund.
