ARTitude is a specially curated suite of online platforms for the Arts and Design worlds. It is 3D virtual centric, and powered to integrate the Web 3.0 environment with traditional web features. We have a strong belief that artists, designers and gallery owners should have an affordable online space to showcase their artworks and reach out to the global market to build communities with like minded people who appreciate their works of art. We are committed in our mission of ‘Building the future of art galleries and museums’ by linking artists and designers to collectors and buyers virtually, so that travelling is no longer needed to appreciate the artworks .

We will ensure that Certificate of Authenticity for the art piece is issued by the artist behind the art piece sold on ARTitude’s platforms.


For artists, ARTitude offers creative templates 3D virtual galleries for them to showcase and sell their artworks. For art lovers, unlike most online art platforms that present their artworks only in 2D listings, ARTitude’s online platforms are integrated and offered in both 2D listings format and with an immersive interactive 3D virtual environment:

  • 3D artwork laid out in a 3D virtual art galleries.
  • Visitors are able to move around the virtual environment to browse the artwork on display.
  • AR features allow visitors to ‘experience’ the artwork on display in both the virtual and physical worlds.
  • Art pieces on sale in the 3D virtual galleries are integrated with our 2D eShop shopping cart and payment gateway for easy checkout of purchases.
  • Visitors can view virtual advertisements, video walls and receive promotional offers etc, while roaming the 3D art galleries.

2D listings are now too common and becoming boring with limited viewing options for consumers to better appreciate the artwork before making the purchase decisions.

ARTitude’s online platforms including our 3D virtual galleries are all web-based:

  • We do not want to add more Apps to our consumer’s already cluttered mobile devices with so many Apps.
  • Web-based online platforms are more easily accessed without needing to download and update any App.

Yes, ARTitude’s online platforms including our 3D virtual galleries are web-based and can be accessible via common Android and Apple mobile devices, as well as Windows and Apple desktops.

Usually there should not be any major issues loading and using ARTitude’s online platforms including our 3D virtual galleries. However, we are unable to guarantee the performance speed and user experience, as they may vary due to different technical and non-technical factors, such as internet speed and devices used.

One of our highest priorities when designing the ARTitude online platforms is to ensure that our platforms are easy to use and able to enhance consumers’ user experience.
We will be most grateful to receive any feedback on our online platforms and services, so that we could continue to improve and serve our customers better.

Yes, ARTitude do have special arrangements with a number of our artists to do commissioning artwork to recreate or a customised art piece based on customer/collector’s request. Do get in touch with us if the work you love is no longer available or if you wish to commission your own desired piece of artwork!


All the artworks on sale in our online platforms are accompanied with descriptions and dimensions.

All images that are presented in our online platforms are actual photographs taken of the artworks.

The 3D models in our 3D virtual art galleries are created with appropriate magnifications using the same actual photographs to closely resemble the physical artworks in our virtual environment, so that consumers can better visualise how the artworks look like.

All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.), Paypal and bank transfers are accepted.
When you place an order, actual payment will be only charged upon our acceptance of your order.

ARTitude will cover shipping and insurance costs for the delivery of the artworks that you have ordered. However, you will have to cover any customs charges.

If you are seeking returns, you could be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non- refundable. Where appropriate, you are advised to engage the same logistic company that was used to deliver your purchase and you are responsible to purchase shipping insurance for the return shipping.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

We will only consider refund of returns if they are defective or damaged.

All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in our ARTitude’s Return Policy. A return may be rejected if such instructions are not strictly adhered to or followed to our satisfaction.

All our artworks are packaged by the artist and follow a set of packaging processes to ensure that the artworks are properly protected.
We engage highly reputable logistics companies to delivery all our artwork and cover the insurance during the delivery. All deliveries are also trackable to ensure timely and safe delivery.

If you find the parcel damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact us. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, get in touch with our Customer Care service at soonest.

We will walk you through the return and refund processes for the damaged parcel.

If you are seeking returns, you could be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You are advised to engage the same logistic company that was used to deliver your purchase and you are responsible to purchase shipping insurance for the return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

For a valid return, we may as applicable and at our discretion, offer refund (in full or partial), repair, replacement or price reduction as remedies.

All refunds will be made via the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the original payment, provided that the payment was successfully completed. The processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the respective banks and/or payment provider internal processing timeline.
